Description
This is a beginner level class open to all levels. We will stretch, do a little exercise to get our blood flowing, break down moves, and teach those essential skills such as walking, body rolls and hair flips. We will also do follow along choreography and learn a short fun routine. This is an inclusive environment and judgement free zone. Mature teenagers who like to dance are welcome to attend.
